- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where it’s needed most.

What you will need
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, or youth setting
- A calm, nurturing approach and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- Confidence supporting learning under the direction of a class teacher
- A proactive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to different year groups or settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is helpful, but not essential if you have relevant experience
