Nursery Nurse

About the role
Do you have a passion for supporting young children during the most important stages of their development?

At Heart of Supply, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic Nursery Nurses to work across nurseries, pre-schools and early years settings in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

As a Nursery Nurse, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive. From supporting children's communication and social development to encouraging curiosity through play-based learning, you'll help lay the foundations for lifelong learning.

No two days are the same in Early Years. Whether you're helping a child build confidence, supporting their independence, or celebrating a developmental milestone, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.

Supply work offers flexibility, variety and the chance to gain experience across different settings whilst continuing to do what you do best: helping young children flourish.
About the school
We work in partnership with a range of welcoming nurseries, pre-schools, school-based nurseries and Early Years provisions across Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility, short-term placements or longer-term opportunities, we'll take the time to understand your strengths and match you with settings that suit your experience and career goals.
