At Heart of Supply, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic Nursery Nurses to work across nurseries, pre-schools and early years settings in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.
As a Nursery Nurse, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive. From supporting children's communication and social development to encouraging curiosity through play-based learning, you'll help lay the foundations for lifelong learning.
No two days are the same in Early Years. Whether you're helping a child build confidence, supporting their independence, or celebrating a developmental milestone, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.
Supply work offers flexibility, variety and the chance to gain experience across different settings whilst continuing to do what you do best: helping young children flourish.

What you will need
- Experience working with children in a nursery, pre-school, school or childcare setting
- A warm, patient and nurturing approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential with relevant experience
Contract
Day-to-day, Flexible Temporary, Long-term, Short-term, Temporary

£14.31 per hour (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
