Heart of Supply is excited to be recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply team, supporting our fantastic partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, starting ASAP / April 2026. These flexible and rewarding opportunities offer a mix of day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. We’re looking for confident, adaptable teachers who can quickly build positive relationships, manage behaviour effectively, and bring energy and reassurance to every classroom they enter. From igniting a love of learning in Reception to guiding Year 6 pupils through key revision moments, your impact will be felt every single day.

You’ll enjoy working in a diverse range of welcoming schools, stepping into well-prepared classrooms, delivering engaging lessons, and maintaining continuity for pupils when it matters most.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
• A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK

£32,916 -£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
