About the role
We're hearing from more primary schools across Lincoln looking for KS2 Teachers, so we're growing our team of teachers available for local supply work.
From Years 3 to 6, we're recruiting teachers for everything from day-to-day and short-term cover to regular and longer-term roles. Whether you're an ECT, an experienced KS2 Teacher looking for greater flexibility, or considering a move into supply, we'd love to hear from you.
Stay local and work in local schools. Get to know schools across Lincoln, build relationships with the teams you enjoy working with and choose the type of supply work that suits you.

Our network of primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding area continues to grow, with schools coming to us for everything from last-minute teacher absence to planned cover and longer-term vacancies.
We work with a real mix of schools, from smaller village settings to larger primaries across the city, each with their own teams, pupils and ways of working.
Getting to know you is just as important as knowing our schools. Whether you prefer lower KS2, feel completely at home in Years 5 and 6, or are confident across the whole key stage, we'll use that to help find the right opportunities for you in schools close to home.

What you will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 and a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- A nurturing, flexible teaching approach and the ability to connect quickly with younger pupils
- Confident classroom presence with positive and consistent behaviour management
- The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own energy and experience to the classroom
- Clear communication, reliability and a proactive approach
- A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
Contract
Day-to-day, Flexible Temporary, Long-term, Short-term, Temp to perm

Job Location
Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary
£34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
