Heart of Supply was founded on a simple but powerful belief: people come first.

With over 15 years of experience in education recruitment, we’ve seen
first-hand the difference that thoughtful, meaningful placements make,
not just for schools and educators, but for the pupils
at the heart of every classroom.

We set out to bring a more considered, people-led approach to recruitment,
one that values relationships, understands the needs behind every role
and delivers exceptional service with care and integrity.

We support Primary, Secondary, SEND, and Alternative Provisions across
Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, specialising in long-term
consistency while also providing short-term and day-to-day
staffing when it’s needed most.
