EYFS Teacher

About the role
As we continue to work with more primary schools across Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire, we're looking for experienced EYFS Teachers to join Heart of Supply.

We're recruiting for opportunities across Reception and Early Years, from flexible day-to-day supply and short-term cover to regular and longer-term roles.

We're looking for teachers with strong Early Years experience who can step confidently into a new setting, quickly build relationships with children and staff, and provide engaging, consistent learning across the EYFS curriculum.

Teach locally, in schools across Scunthorpe and the surrounding area. New roles can come in quickly, so registering with us ensures you hear about EYFS opportunities as they become available.
About the school
We work with primary schools across Scunthorpe and the wider North Lincolnshire area, supporting them with daily absence, planned cover and longer-term teaching requirements.

Our schools include a mix of different settings and Early Years provision, each with their own routines, teams and communities. We'll get to know your experience, the type of setting you enjoy and what you want from supply, helping to match you with local schools and opportunities that work for you.
What you will need

  • Confident and positive behaviour management appropriate to the Early Years
  • The ability to follow existing planning and routines while bringing your own experience and ideas to the classroom
  • Strong communication, reliability and a proactive approach
  • A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK

We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children’s barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.
