About the school
We work with primary schools across Sleaford and the surrounding Lincolnshire villages, supporting them with day-to-day absence, PPA and planned cover, part-time requirements and longer-term positions.
Our schools need teachers for all sorts of reasons, which means part-time doesn't have to mean inconsistent. You could find yourself returning regularly to the same local schools, taking on a set number of days each week or choosing flexible supply around your other commitments. We'll take the time to understand what works for you and introduce you to schools and opportunities that fit.

What you will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
- Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, with a good understanding of the primary curriculum
- A flexible and adaptable teaching approach, with the ability to settle quickly into different schools and classrooms
- Confident classroom presence with positive and consistent behaviour management
- The ability to follow pre-set planning and keep learning on track, while bringing your own experience and personality to the classroom
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and school staff
- Reliability, professionalism and a proactive approach
- A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
Contract
Day-to-day, Flexible Temporary, Long-term, Short-term, Temp to perm

Job Location

Salary
£34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
