We introduce our educators to local schools across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire and parts of Nottinghamshire, supporting Primary, Secondary, SEND and Early Years settings.

Our story
Heart of Supply was founded on a simple belief: people come first.
With over 20 years’ combined experience in education recruitment, we’ve seen first-hand the difference the right people can make, not just to schools and educators, but to the children at the heart of every classroom.
We set out to build an agency that values relationships at every level, understands the needs behind every role and delivers a reliable, professional service with care and integrity.
