About the role
We're seeing an increase in demand for EYFS Teachers across Lincoln, and we're looking for more teachers with strong Early Years experience to join Heart of Supply.
We have opportunities ranging from flexible day-to-day supply and short-term cover to regular and longer-term roles within local primary schools.
We're looking for confident EYFS Teachers who can quickly settle into a new setting, build positive relationships with children and staff, and deliver engaging learning across the Early Years curriculum.

About the school
We work with primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding area, supporting them with daily absence, planned cover and longer-term teaching requirements.
Our schools range from smaller village primaries to larger city settings, with opportunities across Reception and wider Early Years provision.

What you will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience within a UK primary or Early Years setting
- Experience teaching within EYFS and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Confidence creating purposeful, play-based learning opportunities and adapting provision to children's needs
- A warm, nurturing and consistent approach, with the ability to quickly build relationships with younger children
- A good understanding of early development, including communication, language and early literacy and numeracy
- Confident and positive behaviour management appropriate to the Early Years
- The ability to follow existing planning and routines while bringing your own experience and ideas to the classroom
- Strong communication, reliability and a proactive approach
- A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK

Day-to-day, Long-term, Short-term, Temp to perm

Job Location
Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary
£34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
