Heart of Supply is recruiting Primary Teachers across Lincoln to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme, combining the variety of supply teaching with the reassurance of guaranteed pay on your agreed available days, subject to the terms of the scheme.
You'll work with local primary schools across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, covering everything from day-to-day absence and PPA to short-term and longer-term requirements.

We work with a growing network of primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding area, including maintained schools, academies and Church of England schools.
From smaller village primaries to larger city schools, you'll have the opportunity to experience different settings, build relationships with local schools and become a familiar face in the schools you enjoy returning to.
We'll get to know your strengths and experience too, whether that's EYFS, KS1, KS2 or across the whole primary age range, while keeping you busy across our local school network.

What you will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
- Regular availability and the flexibility to accept suitable bookings in line with the terms of the Guaranteed Pay Scheme
- Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
- An adaptable teaching approach and the ability to settle quickly into different schools and classrooms
- Confident classroom presence with positive and consistent behaviour management
- The ability to follow pre-set planning, maintain established routines and keep learning on track
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with pupils and school staff
- Reliability, professionalism and a proactive approach
- A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
Contract
Day-to-day, Flexible Temporary, Long-term, Short-term, Temp to perm

Job Location

Salary
£34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
