Are you a confident and adaptable KS2 Teacher looking for flexible work that still makes a real impact?

Heart of Supply is delighted to be recruiting KS2 Supply Teachers to support our valued partner primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, starting ASAP/April 2026.

These flexible and rewarding roles include day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term opportunities within Key Stage 2.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable educators who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff, manage behaviour positively, and bring confidence and consistency to the classroom. Whether you’re supporting lower KS2 with core skills or preparing Year 6 pupils for SATs, you’ll play a vital role in helping children succeed.
About the school
You’ll work in welcoming school environments, delivering engaging lessons from well-prepared plans, maintaining continuity of learning, and providing a positive, structured classroom presence in the absence of the usual class teacher.

What you will need
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
  • A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across KS2
  • Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
  • The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
  • Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
  • A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK

£32,916 -£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
