Teaching Assistant
About the role
At Heart of Supply, we are excited to be working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools across Lincolnshire who are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These schools value the difference a great Teaching Assistant can make in the classroom and are keen to find people who genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow and gain confidence.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support lessons, provide extra guidance where needed, and help pupils with a range of learning needs feel engaged and included. The Teaching Assistant role is varied, rewarding, and a great opportunity to make a positive impact every day.
We are looking for proactive and adaptable Teaching Assistants who are comfortable supporting different age groups and working across a range of subjects. In return, you will have the opportunity to work in schools where your experience is recognised, your support is appreciated, and your contribution really matters.
