At Heart of Supply, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to join a friendly, dedicated and supportive Key Stage 2 team at a primary school in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
This is a full-time, fixed-term temporary position commencing in September 2026 and continuing until Easter 2027. The successful teacher will take full responsibility for planning, preparation and assessment, delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage pupils while supporting strong academic progress throughout the first two terms of the academic year.

What you will need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2, with a minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in a UK primary school.
- A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
- Experience assessing pupil progress and using assessment outcomes to inform teaching and learning.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

£32,916-£45,352 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
