Heart of Supply is excited to be recruiting Primary Early Career Teachers who are keen to gain experience across a range of welcoming schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching practice and establish yourself within local schools through day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements.

You'll have the opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, stepping into different classrooms, following lesson plans already in place and helping to create calm, engaging and positive learning environments. Along the way, you'll build relationships with pupils, staff and schools while gaining exposure to a variety of teaching styles and settings.

We're looking for Early Career Teachers who are approachable, adaptable and ready to get stuck in from day one. You'll enjoy meeting new people, embrace new challenges and bring warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism into every classroom you enter.

This role offers variety, flexibility and invaluable experience at the start of your teaching career. Many of our supply teachers go on to secure long-term placements and permanent positions within schools they've come to know and love. At Heart of Supply, we partner with a broad mix of friendly and supportive primary schools across Lincolnshire. These include both local authority and academy settings, all of which are focused on providing a positive day-to-day experience for pupils and staff alike. The schools we work with are well organised, well-resourced and keen to welcome visiting teachers who can step in confidently and feel part of the team from the moment they arrive.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
• A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK

We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children’s barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.

£125 - £168.80 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
