At Heart of Supply, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team for September. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a Learning Support Assistant, or someone with transferable experience working with children, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Supply Learning Support Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning. You'll work closely with teachers and school staff to provide individual and small-group support, helping every child achieve their potential.

What you will need
- Experience supporting children in a school, nursery or education-based setting (minimum of 6 weeks' UK experience)
- A kind, patient and encouraging approach
- Confidence supporting children both academically and emotionally
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential with relevant experience)
Contract
Day-to-day, Long-term, Short-term

£93-£105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
