Heart of Supply is looking to hear from experienced Year 6 Teachers and KS2 Primary Teachers as we prepare to support our partner primary schools across Lincoln for the new academic year.

We regularly receive requests for Year 6 Teachers to provide day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term teaching support. Whether you're looking for greater flexibility, a better work-life balance or your next KS2 teaching opportunity, we'd love to get to know you ahead of September.

We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable and reliable Primary Teachers with experience teaching Year 6 and Upper Key Stage 2 (KS2). You'll be confident delivering the Year 6 curriculum, supporting pupils with their learning and SATs preparation, managing behaviour positively and building strong relationships with pupils and staff.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across KS2
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
• A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK

We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children’s barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.

£34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
