Heart of Supply is building our network of talented EYFS Teachers and Early Years Teachers across Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire, supporting local schools with everything from occasional supply cover to short-term and longer-term teaching requirements.

As an EYFS Teacher, you could be supporting children across Nursery or Reception, delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and helping children develop those all-important foundations for their journey through primary school.

We're keen to hear from warm, creative and adaptable Primary Teachers who can quickly build relationships with young children, create positive routines and confidently support learning through both adult-led and child-initiated activities.

You might be an experienced Early Years Teacher looking for greater flexibility, an ECT wanting to broaden your classroom experience, or simply ready to discover different schools across Scunthorpe before deciding on your next move.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
• A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK

We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children’s barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.

£34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
