As a Guaranteed Pay Scheme teacher, you’ll become a trusted and familiar presence within our partner schools. You’ll confidently step into classrooms across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging lessons, following established plans, and maintaining calm, purposeful learning environments when class teachers are absent. Your ability to adapt quickly, build positive relationships, and manage behaviour with confidence will help pupils feel supported and ready to succeed.

We’re looking for teachers who are:

• Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Reliable, organised, and responsive, including availability for morning booking calls
• Flexible and able to travel within the local area
• Passionate about representing Heart of Supply as a high-quality professional in every school

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience working in a UK primary school setting
• Confidence and flexibility to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with the ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups
• A nurturing, calm and consistent teaching approach, enabling you to build rapport with pupils quickly and help them feel settled and supported
• Strong classroom presence with effective behaviour management, rooted in positive reinforcement and clear expectations
• The ability to confidently follow pre-set plans and schemes of work, while bringing your own energy, professionalism and creativity to the classroom
• Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff
• A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
• Excellent references and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards in every school you represent

£32,916 - £45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
