Are you a dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a role where your expertise can make a lasting difference?

Heart of Supply is seeking compassionate and adaptable SEND Teachers to support a range of specialist and mainstream schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas from September.

  As a SEND Teacher, you'll use your knowledge, creativity and understanding of individual learning needs to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that enable every pupil to experience success. You'll work closely with support staff, families and external professionals to create learning experiences that are tailored to the needs of each child and young person.

  Whether you're supporting pupils with autism, SEMH needs, moderate learning difficulties, speech and language needs, or complex SEND requirements, you'll play an important role in helping students develop academically, socially and emotionally.

What you will need
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • A strong understanding of SEND, including EHCPs, differentiated learning and inclusive teaching practices
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • A calm, patient and adaptable approach
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential

All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children’s barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.

£32.916 - £45,351 per day (depending on experience role and/or qualifications)
