Heart of Supply is looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re highly experienced or newly qualified, this is your opportunity to make a real difference, sometimes in ways that last far beyond the school day.

What you will need
- Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
- A kind, confident, and calm approach — with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
- The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
Contract

£90-£105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
