Year 1/2 Teacher
About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting for a Year 1/2 Teacher at a small village primary school based between Lincoln and Boston. This is a full-time role from September 2026 through to July 2027.
In this Year 1/2 Teacher role, you’ll be teaching a mixed Key Stage 1 class and taking on full planning responsibilities. The school offers a friendly, close-knit setting, giving the successful Year 1/2 Teacher the chance to become a valued part of the school community.
This opportunity would suit a KS1 Teacher who enjoys working in a smaller school environment and is looking for consistency across the full school year.

What you will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Recent experience teaching across KS1 (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
- Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible
- Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
- A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive

£32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
